• Learn what is meant by “Old World” wines.
• Learn what is meant by “New World” wines.
• Learn how to distinguish between a Sauvignon Blanc from France (Old World) and a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand (New World) and a Chardonnay from Burgundy (Old World) and a Chardonnay from Chile (New World) (or any grape varieties).
• Option to sample any number of wines.

Blind Tasting

• Learn how to evaluate wines without knowing their identities in order to eliminate biases and preconceptions that could influence the taster’s opinion.
• Learn how to improve one’s sensory skills and deepen one’s knowledge of wine.
• Option to sample any number of wines.

Wines You May Not Know

• Explore lesser known wines and expand your palate beyond the commonly known varieties
• Learn about and sample such wines as:  Assyrtiko (Greece), Ferment (Hungary), Blaufränkisch (Austria/Germany), Aglianico (Italy), Pilotage (South Africa), Tavel (rosé from France), Crémant (sparkling from France), Cap Classique (sparkling from South Africa) just to name a few.
