  • Explore lesser known wines and expand your palate beyond the commonly known varieties
  • Learn about and sample such wines as:  Assyrtiko (Greece), Ferment (Hungary), Blaufränkisch (Austria/Germany), Aglianico (Italy), Pilotage (South Africa), Tavel (rosé from France), Crémant (sparkling from France), Cap Classique (sparkling from South Africa) just to name a few.
